Pantheon Buyer Refund Terms:

Lender approval will apply. If lender doesn't approve, the buyer refund will be presented after the close of escrow. Purchase price $250,000-$500,000 will receive a $1,000 refund, $500,001-$900,000 will receive a $2,000 refund, $900,001 and up will receive a $3,000 refund. A 1099 will not be sent for this refund. This refund structure only available in Santa Clarita, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, and Castaic.

$4,900 Flat Listing Fee:

 

Listing commission fee is $4,900 regardless of sale price, no limits! Buyer’s agent commission not included. Buyer's agent commission also negotiable to save seller more money. Saving of up to $10,000 is based on previous Pantheon Realty clients. All sale results are published in the MLS. $4,900 flat fee only applicable to Santa Clarita, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, and Castaic.
